St Anna's Arcs

These light cable arcs illuminate St. Anna's (St. Mary's mother) chapel in Turku. The chapel itself has in interesting and mysterious (hi)story. Currently it's located in the active archeological site and local museum Aboa Vetus (Old Turku), underground. It's been consacrated in 2001 (I recall), but the basement itself is some 500 years old. There are no records as to why it was built, but it is suitable for religious (ritualistic) use...
